3. Subscriptions & Payments

MindBack offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase.

Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for consulting with a healthcare professional before beginning any exercise or wellness program, especially if you have existing health conditions. You agree to use MindBack at your own risk.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of MindBack — including text, graphics, audio, and software — are owned by Force Dijital and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

MindBack and Force Dijital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of MindBack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
